These Terms & Conditions govern your membership of the Wemoyu loyalty programme and your use of the Wemoyu mobile app (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Membership
Membership is free and open to individuals who create a Wemoyu account with a valid email or phone number. One account is permitted per person. You are responsible for keeping your login and one-time codes confidential and for all activity on your account.
Earning points
You earn reward points on qualifying purchases at participating Wemoyu partner brands, online and in store. Points are calculated on the pre-VAT (net) amount of the purchase, at the earn rate of your current tier.
Fair use
Wemoyu may suspend or close accounts, and adjust or reverse points, where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation of the programme, or breach of these terms. Purchases that are refunded or cancelled will have their associated points reversed.
