TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Wemoyu ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wemoyu website (wemoyu.com), mobile application, loyalty programme, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, joining the Wemoyu programme, or using any of our Services, you ("you", "member", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to become a Wemoyu member. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Membership Account

  • Each individual may hold only one Wemoyu account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we suspect of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Points Earning

  • Members earn Wemoyu points ("Points") on qualifying purchases made through participating Wemoyu boutiques.
  • The earning rate is determined by the member's current tier and is calculated on the pre-VAT amount of the purchase, converted where applicable into the settlement currency (AED).
  • Points are credited to the member's account within [X] hours of a confirmed and completed transaction.
  • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or gifted to another member.

4. Points Redemption

  • Points may be redeemed for eligible products, discounts, or member benefits offered by Wemoyu from time to time.
  • The redemption value, minimum redemption thresholds, and available redemption options are set by Wemoyu and displayed at the point of redemption.
  • Redemptions are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

5. Modification of Earning and Redemption Policies 

Wemoyu reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, amend, suspend, replace, or discontinue, at any time and from time to time, any part of the Wemoyu loyalty programme — including but not limited to the Points earning rates, tier thresholds, tier benefits, redemption values, redemption catalogue, expiry rules, and any other feature or benefit of the programme — with or without prior notice to members.

Such modifications shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Wemoyu website or communicated through any medium chosen by Wemoyu, and shall apply to all Points, whether previously accrued or subsequently earned, unless expressly stated otherwise.

It is the sole responsibility of the member to review these Terms and Conditions and any published policy updates on a regular basis. Continued use of the Wemoyu programme after any such modification shall constitute the member's acceptance of the modified Terms. Wemoyu shall not be liable to any member for any loss, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with any such modification.

6. Tier Structure

Wemoyu operates a tiered membership programme. Tier placement is determined by the total qualifying spend or Points accumulated within a defined period. Tier benefits and thresholds may be updated at Wemoyu's discretion in accordance with Section 5.

7. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be confirmed by phone prior to dispatch. If the confirmation call is not answered after reasonable attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Wemoyu reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials on the Wemoyu Services are the property of Wemoyu or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions, points manipulation, or reverse engineering.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wemoyu, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, the loyalty programme, the Points, or any modifications thereto.

11. Termination

Wemoyu may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, any unredeemed Points shall be forfeited unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [United Arab Emirates / your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Emirate / city].
