Delete Your Wemoyu Account

If you would like to delete your Wemoyu account and associated personal data, you can submit an account deletion request by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to support@wemoyu.com from the email address registered with your Wemoyu account.
2. Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject of your email.
3. Include your registered email address or phone number in the request so we can verify your account.
4. After verification, Wemoyu will process your account deletion request within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted

Once your account deletion request has been verified and processed, we will delete personal and account-associated information, including:

• Name and profile information
• Email address and phone number
• Account credentials
• Account and loyalty profile information
• Personal preferences and saved account information
• Reward points associated with your personal account
• Redemption information associated with your personal account
• Other personal information that can be associated with your Wemoyu account

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, Wemoyu will delete your personal and account-associated information, including your profile details, contact information, account credentials, loyalty profile, and other information that can be associated with you.

Certain transactional records may be retained in a non-personally identifiable form where necessary for tax, accounting, financial, legal, regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. This may include order IDs, transaction amounts, tax-related records, reward points, and redemption transaction records.

These retained records will not contain information that directly identifies you or link back to your deleted Wemoyu account and will only be retained for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of successful account verification.

Once the deletion process is completed, you will no longer be able to access your Wemoyu account, loyalty profile, or associated rewards.
